The Fractional Formula · inside the Sprint

Stop waiting for the network.
Install a pipeline.

This is the whole Sprint, module by module: what each one installs in your business, what it asks of you, and what I build for you. You will see the depth. The method itself I teach you live, and coach you through.

What it installs

By the end you have a business that finds its own clients. Here is what that is made of.

01

A buyer you can name

Your ideal client in their own words, tested on real people, written up as a 20 to 25 page chapter.

02

A way in a stranger can buy

One named, fixed-price first offer, so people can buy from you before they fully trust you.

03

A profile that passes the check

Rebuilt, live, and scored out of 100 against the check a referred buyer runs before they call.

04

The right few hundred people

A network aimed at your buyers and peers, growing by ten a day, on purpose.

05

Conversations with a next step

Everyone you know and everyone who signals, each with an action and a day.

06

Content that starts conversations

Two or three posts a week, a one-page strategy, and your first week scored post by post.

Proof, before the detail

A fractional CTO in a flat market. Here is what happened.

Ryan came to me after a successful interim engagement, struggling to land the next one in a subdued tech market.

  1. Week 1A first lead, from one post.

They did not like it or comment. They connected, and asked for a discovery call the same day.

  2. Week 6A high-value client, signed.

His services clarified, his positioning sharpened, and me alongside him the whole way.

  3. SinceSix months with a private equity fund.

Thirty minutes after he published an article on leading change, a message arrived: "Let's chat."

The route

Eight modules. Each one builds on the last.

I teach every module myself, live, then coach you through the work it leaves you with. Two to three hours a week. Most people clear a module in four or five hours. One to one, there is no timetable: you set the pace and nothing is lost if you go quiet for a week.

The map and the numbers

The lawReferrals hide the stranger problem.

Before I teach you anything, I map your career and work out your number. Your ideal client comes out of what has actually happened, so the evidence has to be on the page first. Most of the legwork here is mine.

What I do
  • Bring your CV onto the platform, in your words
  • Bring in every role from your LinkedIn experience
  • Build your career mind map from both, and from our calls
  • Check your numbers and write you a letter
What you do about 75 min
  • Upload your CV, as it is5 min
  • Confirm your LinkedIn link1 min
  • Write down 30 names you already know30 min
  • Work out your floor and your baseline40 min

Who you serve

The lawTheir words, not yours.

Your ideal client, in their words, tested on real people, and the first 50 found for you. If this is wrong, everything after it is wrong: your profile, your outreach, your content and your offer all point here. It is the hardest module in the Sprint, and it is taught as though it is.

What I do
  • Test your draft with you: the evidence, the language, the urgency
  • Write version 2 from your draft, your buyers' words and my research
  • Research and write Chapter 1 of your Blueprint
  • Find 40 to 50 people who match it
What you do about 4 hours

  • Five market conversations, within 14 days5 × 30 min
  • Check version 2 with me30 min
Your ideal client document, one per buyer, with the one you market to first.

End of Module 1 · market validation

Then I find 40 to 50 real people who match your ICP.

An ICP is a hypothesis until real buyers respond to it. So I put it in front of the people it describes. I screen hundreds of senior people against your Chapter 1, and only those active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days make the list, because they are the ones who will see your message.

Where they check you

The lawYour profile is the gate, not the destination.

A profile that passes the check a referred buyer runs before they call, scored out of 100. Nobody buys from a profile. Plenty decide not to speak to you because of one.

Conversations

The lawRelationships, not sales.

Everyone you know, and everyone who signals, with a next action and a day. First clients come from people who already know you, almost never from a pitch. In ten years I have closed two deals purely by direct message.

Two or three posts a week that start conversations, and your first week benchmarked post by post. Content is credibility, not conversion. It takes me less than two hours a week to create seven pieces.

Every tool in the Library is one piece of a module, built to do one job on your business. It starts from what is already on your platform: your mind map, your ideal client, your calls. It asks you questions before it writes a word. What it produces is saved into your work, next to everything I write for you.

You get: a part by part verdict on your ideal client, the faults found or cleared, and whether you have a category or a position.

Module 2

Build my revenue model

You get: your revenue at months three, six and twelve from your own prices, set against your capacity ceiling, every assumption named.

Module 5

Sort today's signals

You get: today's people in the order to work them, who waits until later in the week, and what each first message is about, cut to the time you have.

Module 7

Write my 90-day plan

You get: one page: one anchor goal with a number, three projects with a weekly measure each, what you stop doing, and your review dates.

Prompts, templates, calculators and trackers, filed by module and by the job they do: finding clients, winning the work, running the business.
